Prices and fees
The prices are per night for the entire apartment (up to four people). Tourist tax and overnight accommodation tax (€3.50 per person/night – from December 1, 2026: €3.80 per person/night) as well as a final cleaning/stay fee of €95 will be added.
This is how the booking process works
Simply select your desired dates above and you'll receive a complete overview of the costs for your stay. Enter your contact details and submit the request. No payment or credit card information is required yet! You'll receive confirmation and all necessary payment information (bank transfer up to 14 days before arrival) within a very short time.
cancellation
You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival – we will refund you in full. After that, the accommodation price is due at €100; final cleaning and local tax will be refunded in any case. In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us – we can usually find a solution.
